Ingredients for making bean crumbs with cabbage and bacon:

 1 cup of cooked beans without broth

 1 cup of manioc flour

 100 grams of chopped bacon

 ½ chopped onion

 2 boiled eggs

 2 chopped cabbage leaves

How to make beans with cabbage and bacon:

Fry the chopped bacon in the fat until it is crispy, then add the onion and sauté until it wilts well.

Then add the beans and the cabbage and sauté until the cabbage wilts. For this bean farofa recipe I chose to use carioca beans, but you can use string beans, black-eyed beans or others.

Add the manioc flour of your choice and saute over low heat for 3 minutes.
